If a order has been charged and pricing is wrong then we will contact you to rectify if not possible we will refund the full amount and cancel the order.

Any orders going out the uk the customer is responsible for any import duty/tax in there countries.

All orders have to be paid for in full before delivered, we accept all major debit and credit cards.

Bee’s boutique, reserve the right to hold any orders before it goes to dispatch if any additional payment information is required. Occasionally, our payment provider may decline any payment should any discrepancy occur in the cardholders billing or shipping address.

We may therefore require proof of identification to validate the transaction.  Identification showing your name and address (matching to the billing and shipping address, provided on your order below). Example, Driving Licence, Citizen Card or Utility Bill. This can be emailed to our self’s at info@beesboutique.co.uk

Please note that any information provided is in strict confidence and is an additional protocol to protect yourself and us from fraud or card misuse.

When you place your order online we will automatically send you an email to confirm that we have received it. this email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. If the product is available we will send you a confirmation that your order has been shipped, otherwise we will contact you either by email or telephone if any item is unavailable and suggest an alternative item. You have the right to cancel your order in full or part, and request a refund.

We also have the right to cancel any order and not supply any or part of an order if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of any products at any time at its sole discretion. However, we will notify you in advance before taking any such action. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be partially refunded or in full. This does not affect your statutory rights. Availability We try to keep our website up to date , However cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be available. If we can’t supply a product you will not be charged for it and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount you debited by us. RETURNS If an item is unsuitable , it can be returned for an exchange / refund . Please ensure the goods have been returned unworn & in their original packaging with all their labels and tags intact within 7 days of receipt .

Customers are also required to fill in a returns form in full & enclose it within the parcel . Returns forms are available for download via our website . Please note that goods received without a return form will incur delay in refund / exchange. All costs of returning the goods will be incurred by the customer , and re-delivery charges will be payable on exchanges .

Jewellery items and accessories are not returnable . In case of refund , only the cost of goods are refundable and not the postage charges .The item is your responsibility until it reaches us , so we recommend using a delivery service that insures the parcel for the value of goods . we aim to process all refunds within 28 days of receiving the parcel . This does not affect your statutory rights .

Returns address can be found on the returns form.

In the unlikely event that the wrong item is sent to you please contact our customer services team who will instruct you how to return the item. Please remember that:

A Return Form needs to be filled in and enclosed in the parcel so that it can be processed by our warehouse.

Item/s to be returned second class recorded/tracked service only. We strictly do not reimburse any costs for any other postal service.

We cannot process any returns without an Return Form.

We cannot dispatch a new item unless we have received the wrong item back in our warehouse and inspected its condition.

We will refund shipping costs for second class tracked service only provided that the item is in new and unused condition when we receive it and you have followed our return instructions.

Please note, it is never our intention to send incorrect items to our customers, however on rare occasions due to ‘human error’ mistakes can happen. However, we will always endeavour to rectify any problems as a matter of priority. If your complaint is upheld, then we will refund you the cost of returning the items second class post only.

Cancellation: if you wish to cancel a order you can do this 24hours before the order is packed and dispatched for a full refund.

Clearance/ Sale items:
The offer of free delivery is not applicable on these items.

Bee’s boutique excludes liability for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising; including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to Fabeha shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to:
