Delivery Information

• All deliveries are charged at £4.95 to anywhere in the UK
• For anywhere else in the world out the UK please contact our team on info@beesboutique.co.uk
• All deliveries are delivered only to the cardholders address
• Delivery’s take up-to 3 working days in the UK
• Delivery’s out the UK may vary, for more information contact our team on info@beesboutique.co.uk
• Any orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day, anything after will be dispatched the following day
• All deliveries are made by the courier service between 8am to 8pm Mon-Fri
• Any customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges and do not provide any assistance in the process.
• Also, customs policies may vary from country to country so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order with bees boutique

Returns Policy

• All items that need to be returned will need a returns form which can be found on our website.
• Form has to be completed and posted along with the returning items.
• If item is unsuitable you may return it within 7 days of purchase with all tags intact and unworn, in resell-able condition for a refund or exchange.
• If any item is damaged or stained and has no tag we will not be able to refund or exchange that item.
• To return an item, you will have to do this at your own cost as we are unable to provide a free return service.
• The risk of returning at your cost is your responsibility so take out adequate delivery insurance if needed.
• If an item is exchanged we cannot guarantee the availability of sizes or colours.
• Whilst the item is in your possession you have a legal obligation to take good care of the item, if you fail to do so we have the right to take action against you for compensation.
• If an item has a defect we will inspect the item and we will contact you via email to confirm a refund or exchange.
• If an item does not meet the required terms and conditions stated above the we have a right to refuse a refund or exchange.
• All items bought on a sale price can not be returned or refunded so please check the size chart before you purchase an item.
